Was a decent experience. New hotel so everything was fresh and new. Rented a room with a King bed and pull out sofa. Gave the children the King. The pullout was horrible. Everytime I moved I could feel the springs through the thin pullout mattress. Water pressure was low in the shower as well. Other than that the stay was okay.
First visit. Clean nice rooms. Hotel was spotless. Coffee and Tea compliments of the hotel in the lobby. Staff were very polite. Will return.
The professionalism of all the staff (during my stay) has made the Sandman Hotel a welcoming environment. I rate my stay 5/5, but the only issue I had was the location of the hotel. It feels secluded from Downtown of Hamilton. Other than that, everything was fantastic.
We stayed there being forced due to flight cancellation and it was really good. Customer service of all staff excellent. We came to the hotel at 5am and hotel staff was the first friendly people we met on our journey. They also allowed us to check out late due to late check in. Brilliant rooms, modern and clean. I would definitely recommend it.
For a new hotel I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and shoddy workmanship.I booked it because it was connected to a 24 hour Denny's restaurant. The service there was very slow.
