Dumbest staff ever person on phone could not understand how to reserve a room with a credit card and show up paying cash I've been to hotels all across Canada every single one would do this
The bedbugs will eat you alive. Then they will deny that there are any. I picked them up in a cup and presented them and they still denied it saying that it was some flying bug.

I have never done this before but I feel I have too. I booked five rooms for two seperate weekends, through the owner. I asked for five rooms for the weekend of Sept 21-23 as well as Sept 28-30. He asked for a credit card number (very usual), then gave me a confirmation number (also very ususal) for my booking. I have just been informed that my booking was cancelled?!?!?!?!!! My reservation was cancelled because I didn't confirm a head count per room. With the end of summer break coming to an end, I asked him to give me the time to contact my team, to see who wanted a room. Without notice, the owner decided to cancel a booked block of rooms for no acceptable reason what so ever. Now I am left without rooms. I contacted him this evening and explained my situation. He was not only unwilling to follow through with our previous agreement, he verbally berated me over the phone. When I originally booked my rooms, he asked me to disregard the negative online comments, as the hotel was under new management. For a business owner to verbally assault a potential customer based on his mistake, is disgusting. New management or not, I would follow through with the online reviews. Nothing has changed here.
Actually this hotel stole my money. They charged me for a 50 $ deposit and never refund me when I gave them the key in the morning even if there was absolutly no dammage to the room. I keep calling them and the always say the boss is not here, and that they will call me back but they never do it. I'm thinking about calling VISA and signal it as a fraud.
