Good lobby and clean washrooms. And they hosted high profile artists this week so I imagine that they provided good service. Starbucks located in lobby and connected to a small indoor mall. Very good location next to convention center. If you're here for a show or weekend trip would definitely recommend this hotel based solely on convenience.
The hotel is very conveniently located. It next to first Ontario center and connects to a mall, which is quite nice. King Street East and West have a lot to do, and the garage has in and out privileges. The only negative I'd say would be the pool was quite cold, the hot tub jets were broken, and the pillows we're a bit too soft for my liking. But everything else was great! Hotel staff was super helpful and courteous. And the room was nice and quiet. Can't go wrong here if staying in Hamilton!
The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The room was great and so was the food. Every service we requested were done and attended to in a timely manner. It's a really great location too since it's close to the mall and First Ontario Centre.
I recently visited the Sheraton because I was visiting family and taking in some of the BTS related activities nearby. The Sheraton was great and handled the crowds extremely well. I enjoyed the food we had, the view from the room my sister stayed in was beautiful and the room was very clean. Also loved the central location and how we could walk everywhere. Great hotel
We came in very late, but the service was exceptional! The room is perfect. Food is great! I would definitely come back next time I'm in town.
