You get a one star because of your misleading parking garage. You advertise public parking and then do not post sufficient signage to direct your parking customers to the spots they're allowed to park in. I paid $7 for all day parking, displayed it properly in my window and to my horror apparently parked in one of the condo owners' parking spots (picture shared parking garage where some parking spots are for public/hotel and others are for condo owner's but they're confusingly differentiated) resulting in a lovely $35 city of Hamilton ticket as a result. The condo management office blames you for not clearly marking the parking, they are equally to blame. This parking garage is a cluster f and a big money maker for the city. It is time you took better care of your customers Homewood. Fix the signage. A sign like "CONDO OWNER PARKING ONLY BEYOND THIS POINT" could do wonders.
Very nice rooms with complete kitchen including dishwasher and stove top. Office area with desk to work. Underground parking. Great included buffet breakfast.
Decent hotel however the pool was very cold and the two elevators are not enough for that many floors. Spent a lot of time waiting for elevators or standing in packed ones having to stop at several floors on your way up or down.
In the heart of downtown Hamilton, Homewood Suites gave us a very restful night. Our group of six shared a suite of two Queen beds with a pull-out couch, and an adjoining room with a King bed.
