Hotel was clean, staff were polite. We only stayed two nights so I don't know much about the amenities in this hotel. Only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is, we asked for two beds in the room when booking ( 2 months prior to visit) and when checking in they could only give us one bed. Also cards kept getting demagnetized which can be a hassle. The rest was good, clean, new-ish, relatively silent.
I was only there for a few hours to visit a friend, but the restaurant sells starbuybrewed coffee (they did have a sign they seller espresso mixed beverages but that was false and out of season). The rooms were clean and spacious. TVs we're a little small and the bathrooms didn't have fans, would be my only two complaints aside from the incorrect coffee signs. The bathroom was very spacious which was nice too.
Standard room, it was clean, decently appointed (nice towels and pillows!) and the bed was very comfortable. Did the trick for just a place to stay. No Continental breakfast which was disappointing for the price (almost $200 for one night). One thing to mention was the young lady at the bar gave exemplary service and is an asset! We stayed Sunday, Aug. 5, were hot and tired, and were really wanting a bite to eat and something cold to drink. She was cheerful and pleasant, professional (making drinks, cooking food for several patrons, cleaning) and seemed to have a few hats on. Kudos and our thanks to her.
The room was very nice, I wish it had a microwave though. The staff was very friendly. Good water pressure etc in the washrooms. The pool is shallow bit nice and warm, towels provided. The hottub was actually hot! Which is pretty rare for hotels. No breakfast included but they did have a little cafe where you can order Starbucks and some food. The lobby was nice with a lounge area and computers for customers to use free of charge.
Very friendly front desk staff, comfortable bed, fast internet, curtains kept room very dark, and climate control worked really well. Only complaint I can possibly think of was that the shower water didn't get really warm. Would highly recommend.
