We were there for just one night for a wedding. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Continental breakfast was pretty good, for continental breakfast. Front desk staff seemed to have trouble handling the check-in rush at 3 PM; they could probably use a second check-in computer
This place is 100% filthy! The staff at night was awful! Asked for extra bedding and was given a yellowed table cloth and a pillow with no pillow case... disgusting. Others were leaving late and making 3 hour drives home because the rooms were so dirty. Lots of complains were heard! Do not recommend at all even if its close to the First Ontario center... pay the extra and stay somewhere decent!
Tv had one channel, bed was not comfortable. For $130 a night, I'd expect a bit better. Room was clean though, and internet was good.
Tv didn't work. No cover on matters just a sheet laid directly on matters. Expired muffins for complimentary breakfast. Would not recommend
Great place to stay if your need to be entertained in House is low. Not expensive and close enough to the city core. Happy friendly staff to me, but I smile a lot. It's infectious. Try it.
