I’ve been a loyal customer at RW & CO for years, but this recent experience completely changed my opinion of the brand. I bought a $90 wool shirt, and the quality was shockingly poor. After wearing it for just a couple of hours, the fabric stretched so badly that the shirt became almost double its size. For a shirt at this price point, this level of quality is unacceptable. When I went back to the store to return it, the staff refused to help, hiding behind “this is our policy” without considering the situation or the fact that I’ve been a long-time customer. There was no attempt to offer a solution, no care, and no customer service. Unfortunately, they’ve lost me as a customer, and with this attitude, I’m sure they will lose many more. I do not recommend shopping at RW & CO.
Love this place and always have great service but not today and its disappointing to leave a bad review due to a bad experience. Im pretty sure the lady that had a bad and i mean bad/nasty attitude, whatever you want to call it, she was latina, probably colombian, just no help whatsoever and on top of that, nasty attitude, no help no acknowledgement or response to our questions, wouldnt even give us her time and wouldnt face me nor my sister in trying to find our sizes. Like if you dont like your job, dont work there. Other employees there are always and i mean always sweet helpful cheerful, at least in a good mood. Im not going to stop shopping there but definitely will be weary the next time i go. Disappointed to say the least

Haven't been to an RW&co for a long time but my experience there this week will have me returning over and over!!! From the moment I walked in till the moment I walked out with my bag of beautiful purchases I felt so attended to without any sense of overbearing attention. One associate after another seamlessly was available for my every need...the type of service I would expected from a store with much higher price tags. Not sure of the quality and value of the clothing at this point as it is so recently purchased and generally a little more expensive than I usually go so hoping it holds up. High points of my shopping experience: 1. Never having to walk for long with clothes in my arms as someone or other would offer to put them in my change room 2. When I entered my change room my selected items were hung in a way to display them nicely vs being all hung on one hook 3. Having all the sizes available for each item I wanted to try on... I've been very frustrated recently in other 'in person' shopping situations to find an article I'm interested in having limited sizes. I have already told many friends and family about my experience and love wearing my new items that feel luxurious and fit my 50+ body very well! Thank you RW&Co
Recently walked into RW&CO. I was looking for a dress shirt but my size wasn't on the floor. I asked Emily if she could find my size in the back she came out of the back with a shirt that fit perfectly. The store was very busy but Emily made the service very personal and courteous. She made it feel like I was the only one in the store. I'm very satisfied and will be returning.
Worst experience ever!! Not a single person spoke to me. Cashiers were to busy talking to friends to actually cash me out. Will never step foot in another RW store again.
Excellent customer service, nice formal clothing. If they don't have sizes available they order your size on line from their distribution center for you
