Excellent service from Serena ( hopefully I got that correct ) and another lovely young lady , unfortunately did not receive her name. But I came in with an issue about a Black Friday online order I made that I was not getting any updates on. They went above and beyond for me to figure things out and I purchased my items in store with no hassle instead. Hard to find customer service these days , especially because at this location I did not have any service in the past. I will for sure be back ! Thank you two ladies for all your efforts in assistanting me with my issues.
Went in yesterday and the customer service was super disappointing. When I went up to cash, I said hi to the guy with the blond half man-bun, and he completely ignored me with no eye contact and no reply. Another girl ended up taking over and cashing me out. While he stood beside the counter, my partner said something to him as well and he ignored my partner too. Overall, it felt really unwelcoming.
Manager Jenn , she is very rude . As soon as we entered she started mumling with the Canadian people. She was doing racisim with us. She should removed from the work. Very poor guest service .
Great store, friendly helpful staff, clean and organized. Love roots clothing line, always get compliments on my cloths. Truly Canadain. I think I have every color variation of there sweat pants. I like the salt and pepper the most. Great for relaxing in and if you have to run out, you still look good. Would gladly recommend this store.
I’m very disappointed with the customer service at Roots. Before purchasing my jacket, I specifically confirmed with the staff that I could exchange it if needed. However, when I returned to make an exchange, they( The manager was lady on Dec 26) outright refused, going back on their word. This is incredibly frustrating and shows a lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I expected better from a brand like Roots. I won’t be shopping here again and would caution others about relying on any promises made by their staff.
First I love Roots products and their good quality. Went to limeridge store with my friends. She got something available in the store and I’ve got something ordered online as they don’t have the size available in store. She paid and got the bag, I hold my winter jacket and ask for a bag (after paying my order over $100) The girl at the cashier said I need to pay $1 dollar for that. Didn’t argue with her - but this is such an upset shopping experience especially during Christmas time for a loyalty customer. Rude customer service with no welcome and greeting at all. Other roots stores are definitely not like this!
Blonde manager and girl with tattoos have a terrible attitude and like to whisper with eachother instead of greeting and being kind to people spending money here… worst roots store experience will definitely pass on coming back here. Heard them complaining about staff and customers during my 10 minute browsing.
