Very bizarre experience...felt like I was in the movie Pretty Woman, but not because Richard Gere propositioned me, but because I went into a store...twice... and was totally ignored...even though I was there ready and willing to spend money. Oh well - I'll just spend my money somewhere else.
Really disappointed when I brought my leather purse in after being in the dust bag for a couple years that the leather is peeling and there’s nothing they can do about it, I hate signing over $250 on a purse. That’s not even gonna last you five years if you’re gonna kill yourself a luxury store or products they should be lasting more than five years.
Went in and tried a few things on, and had Dakota helping us. He was fantastic, great customer service skills and super attentive. Will definitely be back!
Amazing customer service!! After stopping in multiple stores this was the first one where we were greeted and assisted. Nicki and Miriam were attentive, provided feedback and options and made us feel welcomed. Wonderful experience thanks to these ladies!
I visited this store today and had a disappointing experience with an associate named Mariam. She displayed a poor attitude and was unnecessarily disrespectful, making the visit unpleasant. She interrupted me while I was speaking and came across as rude and impatient. For example, there was a sign at the cash register that said, “Purchases over $150 get a free gift.” I casually mentioned to my friend, “Oh, I wonder what the gift is,” and Mariam rudely responded, “Its RIGHT infront of you ” in an annoyed tone. There were several items like scarves and perfume on the counter, so it wasn’t immediately obvious which one was the gift. It really doesn’t take much effort to be kind to customers, but Mariam seemed annoyed and impatient with everyone. She’s definitely not a good fit for a customer-facing role. I hope management addresses this issue to improve the shopping experience for others. Other than that one associate everyone else was actually really kind and so helpful, especially the young gentleman that was greeting near the door.
I have been at this store so many times before but today (Aug19th) around 3:30sh I went to purchase something and I have never felt so Welcomed like this as today. What a great vibes the people have who are working there?.From the moment you walk in the door until you leave they are so this people treats you like a Gold. MARIAM was the one who helped me and she was a real pleasure. She was not pushy and had a good eye for detail. JOHNSON was so great helping me to choose the best thing to buy. And KEMI I forgot to give a review for her about the last time she helped us, she was so polite and truthful. They all have a great level of patience. Can’t say enough good things about the customer service. Thank you guys for making shopping easy for me
I went into this store on October 24th to buy a purse as I like the Guess merchandise and had bought from that store previously, having a good experience prior. This time around I was not acknowledged until 15 minutes after I was there visibly looking at the purses and even though the store was empty and there were 2 sales associate there. I decided to buy a purse anyway since I had already made up my mind about what I wanted and the girl at the cashier brought me one from the back. When I asked her to let me inspect the new purse to make sure the zippers were working properly (I was not just going to spend $100 without checking it) she basically rolled her eyes at me. I don't know that I will be coming back to this store, I might as well just buy Guess at the Bay or just not at all.
