I had a really enjoyable experience at this Marks! The associates were super helpful and friendly. The associate, Riley, helped me find a product and went in the back for me. She was the best!
Incompetent but funny! Their staff suggested to wrap jeans around the neck as a quick measure of the suitable size. Apparently, neck and hips are not so different :))
Y'all got those cool-work pants. They are the absolute bomb for work. Other than that Marks is Marks. Expensive but nice clothing, nice brands like Timberland and pretty much where every level headed person gets their work clothes! Yo Walmart this is no dissss! Y'all got nice work clothes too just not as nice as Marks. Marks I hope I made you happy lol. It's been a long day, I got a stick to the head trimming. Gnarly! Off home to hang with my cats and girlfriend. Cheers people reading this!
I love this store and Sarah who works there! She has the best customer service skills and help me with my what I needed for my husband! I will definitely be back.
Great place for work related gear like boots, pants or jacket etc. Staff quality is generally great but inconsistent. One staff completely ignored there is a 25% coupon and did not tell the customer aka me. The next one just 1 day after, stopped and asked me if I knew about the coupon which is email only, then proceed to ask if I want the 25% off right away. Great customer service right there, unlike the day before.
Recently we went to exchange one item that was bought during lockdown. I was provided service by Selina, she was talking with me completely un respectfully and immediately said, we can’t exchange and right a-way walkway from me. We know that, all stores extended their return/exchange policy after lifted lockdown but not this store. We buy so many things from Mark’s but this is the worst experience in this store. Over another happy with customer service.
Buyer beware... the policy currently is no refunds or exchanges of any kind. I understand there is a lockdown, unfortunately to Mark's this means that if you buy (or bought) something... you are stuck with it. And I was told that the 100 day return policy is still in place even thought they are not returning or exchanging right now for an undisclosed time period.
