I had such a great experience shopping at Dynamite lime ridge today. I want to thank Sahij for being so kind and helpful. She came and helped me as soon as she seen me looking for a size, set me up with a fitting room, and brought me more super cute clothes. She was so attentive- even while helping other customers. Typically I’m not one for leaving reviews. But as I’ve been working in the in customer service industry for 5 years, I can tell when someone truly cares about helping others. Thank you so much Sahij for being the perfect balance of helpful, kind, and patient, without being pushy. I love my new jeans and I will definitely be back to this location!
I never leave reviews but this manager in change is quite brutal. She got so quickly flustered when asking to do a return and treated me like I had really done her dirty. Super uncomfortable and terrible customer service….
I had a great experience this morning at Dynamite, all thanks to Brooke! I went in looking for a baptism dress and honestly wasn’t sure what I wanted but Brooke went above and beyond to help me out. She pulled a ton of beautiful options, gave honest and thoughtful feedback, and made the whole experience feel fun and stress-free. She seriously boosted my confidence and made me feel amazing in what I picked. You can tell she genuinely cares and has a great eye for style. If you go to Dynamite, ask for Brooke cause you’ll leave feeling like a million bucks!
I had a very pleasant shopping experience here this past Sunday. I was looking for specific items I saw online and a very nice sales lady (name started with an S) helped me find them, got my change room together, switched out the sizes I needed and even provided feedback on which items looked better than others. I try to avoid shopping in person due to poor customer service you find in most stores these days, but not here. I really felt this sales lady went the extra mile. Also, the lady checking me out at the cash did an excellent job explaining the dynamite app and how to earn points to get discounts on future purchases. I look forward to shopping at this location in the future:)
Chelsea is absolutely freaking amazing!!!! I was about to walk out the door with nothing - clueless as always on what to get - when she offered her help. And what a dream it was! She helped me pick simply the best outfits for work, and helped me style them together. She is a dream come true! And Dynamite is sooo lucky to have her!
Elaf went over and beyond. She put outfits together for me and she’s the reason that I got an outfit for my birthday party. Such an amazing experience and I truly felt like a star. The rest of the girls were absolutely lovely. So kind, so helpful. Such a good vibe and a must.
