I came in today looking for a cute going out outfit at the Limeridge mall location and Hannah was super amazing! She helped me out and gave me many potential options based off the type of style I like. I walked away with the cutest lace dress. Thank you Hannah!!! 10/10 service :)
I visited this Garage location last week and had a wonderful experience. I went in looking to get a second pair of Garage’s sweatpants in another colour but I had removed the tag so I was unsure what the style of pant was. I explained this to a sales person working that day and she quickly pointed me in the right direction after identifying that I was wearing the ‘Boyfriend’ style sweat. I was very impressed by the knowledge of the sales people in the store and with have quickly they assisted me. The dressing room staff was also very helpful while I looked at different size options. The professionalism and kindness experienced during this shopping trip was great. I will be shopping there in the future.
I loveee it I even got a nice top to go with this great sweater and dress, the employee checking me out even offered to sign me up so I could get a discount AND get emails about great offers!!
Clothe is nice, but cashier so weird. I would like to call this type of sellers antiseller. Her target it just send you out of shop. If you have a question- go online and get out . Also that artificial eyelashes that gives her eye allergy makes her eyes look scary.
Had a very unpleasant experience at this store - signage for the sale stating that anything with an "X" was excluded. Went to cash with 4 items with no "X" on the tag. The cashier tells me the first sweater is not included and must have been a return which they forgot to add an "X" to. No problem. Then she tells me the second shirt is also not on sale. I asked why? She says nothing from that specific table is on sale. I told her it was misleading as the BOGO signs were posted throughout the store as well as signs saying that anything with an "X" is excluded. I am not sure if the person who came afterwards was a manager or not, she had red hair and a rhinestone mask. She was extremely unprofessional and rude and began placing blame on me saying it was my fault as the associates told me what was excluded when I walked in. I let her know that in fact, no one had told me what was excluded. They simply greeted me on my way in. I also let her know that as a retail supervisor, this signage was very confusing for the customer and overall disorganized. I hope that this store more clearly organizes their sales from now on, and that the associate with the red hair gets some training on customer service and communication.
Online prices are different than in store pricing???? How misleading... Drove 20 minutes to the mall for the manager to tell me in a rude manner that item I wanted on sale online is not on sale in store.
This place has been a lifesaver over the years. I have 2 daughters and garage has become my go to place to find them clothes they like and want to wear
