was there over the last few days and overheard an employee talking with what seemed to be a visiting friend. The conversation was quite loud, and I heard her say, ‘I like when customers hand me their phone and make me translate what I’m saying so I can actually understand them.’ Given the tone in which it was said, it didn’t feel like an appropriate conversation to be having out in the open.
Poor quality, no accountability when it comes to shipping. Spend your money elsewhere, you can get better quality for less money - or better yet go thrifting and get brand name for less.
I went to this store to exchange my purchases and I couldn't find a couple things and I walked up to the girls to ask for help, and told them I didn't know where some things are and they both just stared at me and the one girl said "I don't even know where anything is in the store" to her friend. And I stood there like? Ohkay... And walked out.
I stopped in to Bluenotes today in the mall in between doing Christmas shopping and fell in love with a pair of jeans (I don't usually wear jeans). My size wasn't available and apparently they were a fall item, but I was assisted by Shyanne (apologies if that is a misspell of your name) who called in to other stores in the city for me to see if any of them still had my size left. None of them did but she went above and beyond to assist me and also helped me out with a sweater purchase as well. They were also busy as it is a Saturday during Christmas season so I would have understood if they didn't have the time to help me beyond the scope of their own stock, but Shyanne took the time to do everything she could to help me out. This was incredible customer service and I will be back again in the future. Thank you so much!
Had a great experience! The staff was very helpful, and I was able to find an even better version of an item I had come in to purchase as well as find the perfect size! Their employee Josh had great customer service and helped to find me the best sale too!
Went to bluenotes to do an exchange on a pair of Jean's, was told the manager (Sierra) was in the washroom. Waited about 15 minutes and then asked if they could check incase she fell in perhaps. They responded that she has another 15 minutes until her lunch is done. Not the employees fault, but management should allow employees to do exchanges if they plan to sit on the toilet playing on their phones instead of handling customers. Not impressed Sierra.
Store is a little crowded and tough to reach items that are displayed up high. You need to wait for an associate to help you which is tricky when busy. But good prices, sales, and friendly, helpful staff
