I went to Eastgate Mall for a specific store, decided to stop in cleos just to browse. I was very fortunate that the store wasn't overly busy & wendy happened to be on duty. Wendy helped me put several outfits together, needless to say I was very happy with my purchase as a shopper I'm not. If Wendy wasn't there I probably would have bought nada. I will definitley return there & yes I hope Wendy will be there to assist. All in all I was very pleased. Wendy I love all that I bought. Sincere Thanks Mary H

I went in yesterday to return something. One person finally asked if they could help me? After waiting for about ten minutes. Then they left without helping me. So I got mad and left. Decided to go to a different location. Where I returned my item. Will not be back to Eastgate.

Had to exchange an item I ordered online and friendly staff made the exchange quick and effortless. Tried on a few new items and staff provided honest feedback which was greatly appreciated. Can't say enough about the two staff members who were working that day (August 27, 2024). Great shopping and buying experience!
