They people at Waterdown Napa are great. They treat you well and are well knowledgeable to handle any questions asked. I am building a hotrod and needed to find the right release bearing for connecting a Ls to a standard transmission. They helped me find the right one. I feel like they are building it with me. Its good to know that they are there when I need parts.

Great staff great prices it's the only place I use and it's fast and convenient. They can get everything over night usually at no extra cost. Highly reccomend and even the local shops use them.
They do Not honor their warranty! I bought a battery that failed within a few months. I brought the battery back for warranty, they said they wanted to see if battery would hold a charge, then they could not find the battery or the paperwork for the battery. I have had to drive - 30 minutes 4 times to their store and no one knows what is going on, I am getting a complete run-a-round - no warranty! So you have all been warned...
Seems they are challenged to get parts correctly. Have used them twice and both times the orders were messed up. 1st time they delivered completely the wrong thing. Second time they told me to come in first thing the next day and it wasn't there even 2 hours after they opened. A call would have been nice. Nice people but I need parts.
