Excellent place for parts. They did a free battery and alternator test, spent a few minutes checking everything properly, and explained what I actually needed without trying to upsell anything. Charged me nothing. Best place for parts in Hamilton, hands down. Great customer service.
Went in there today for a simple air filter and cabin air filter, waited to for one employee to finish with a customer while two other employees just stood there chit chatting. Both fully aware that myself and another customer were waiting all that just to be told I would have to come back tomorrow for the cabin air filter. Do better guys!
Best place for my car. She loves the engine oil, battery, additives and cleaners brought from this store. I have never regretted it. ALL are the best employees.
Don’t even try to visit this place the people work here they they young guys from high school don’t know anything I visited tow time when you ask them they don’t know anything what they have I checked the part it shows they have it but in store people work they don’t even know the name
I bought a wheel bearing hub from them for my car that didn't match my car, then when I came to return it later, they were very nice to me and happily took it back. Their staff is also good, especially Dhariya, who supported me a lot. Thanks PartSource and Team.
Avoid this location at all costs. Bad customer service. I placed an order for a transmission filter kit. Last Thursday, waited Saturday, Sunday, Monday; decided to call the Tuesday end of day, turns out they had not even placed the order. I arrive today to pick up the part. The box was opened, the packaging had been opened and the gasket was crimped from being put back into the box incorrectly. Heading back today, again, to hopefully have this resolved. This has been a huge hassle for the customer and I. Stay away.
Incompetent and rude. Gave me the wrong battery for my car even after checking 3 times it was correct. Was a huge waste of time ! I took it to my car in storage in Toronto only to learn it was the wrong battery! When I went to return the two guys there were so smug and didn’t even apologize for me getting the wrong battery. They were so rude. Don’t go here! Get an OEM battery from the car manufacturer. Their battery is on the left and the Honda one on the right. How do you mix those up?
