not open to the public and you don’t know that until you get there how stupid why even advertise on google as OPEN and list your hours waste of time and lost sales
Got a blower fan motor for my nisaan rogue. Got it installed Feb 26. I have heat now. I'll drive longer see if it gives off more heat. Thanks to Rob for getting it. This is the old one
If you need to do a DIY repair do not come here as they are closed to the public. Honestly what is the point of limiting the store to commercial customers only? And the nearest alternative location is 30 minutes away? There is no reason to visit this location
Most times I've gone here they didn't have the part I needed. Today I went to get a belt - assumed this would be easy for them to figure out despite their past failures. But now they are just a locked door. There are people in the store but you can't buy anything. They want you to drive 30 minutes to rymal? What a joke. There's a part source 1km up the street, why would anyone drive to rymal from here?
This napa store is a rip off. We bought transmission oil and mechanic later told us that he didnt need it. When we went to return it, NAPA canon st came with a new excuse that their store has no retun policy for any oil purchased. Wish we knew before and never bought anything from this cheap and unethical store. Other stores give refund or store credits while this store just tries to sell stuff and doesnt accept any return. Never ever buy from this location.
Went here after having my time wasted by two other parts stores. Staff were friendly and helpful. And, more importantly, they didn't blatantly lie to get me in the door spending money like 2 of their major competitors. These guys are the only ones I'll use from now on

One can see the great coaching and customer service expected by the owner that it’s reflected on his staff to customers .Steve is right in there at the counter ,on the phone getting “ his hands dirty sort of speak “ as he was taught from his Father as to what it takes to run a business ,a family business .Thank you and your people for great customer experience always when I have needed anything for our vehicles.
