Had a great experience visiting this store and being helped by Steven. He went absolutely above and beyond to assist me with a battery, and also very thoroughly explained my purchase options. Recycled my old battery as expected. Steven and the other gentleman closing in front, on Tues Oct 14, both set the standard for a high level of service—extremely friendly, willing to help, efficient, knowledgeable. Super appreciated!
Great knowledgable staff. Lots of products from different companies. The manager and staff helped me figure out a problem with my vehicle and I'll keep going back.
Terrible customer service,they don't know the meaning of warranty especially the manager who's as sharp as a cue ball maybe he should go back working at the puzzle factory... don't buy anything from this place
review date: april 9, 2025 customer service dates: ongoing since 2019-present i have come to part source-cannon street (PSCS) on many occasions for my automotive needs. staff over the years have been consistently polite, worst case. more often than not they are nice and enthusiastic. prices are fair and competitive. parking is adequate and free on the property. i always get my wipers changed here. they will measure up your wiper size, and even take out the old ones and install the new ones free of charge. only drawback at this location is they close mon-fri at 6pm, and at 5pm sat/4pm sun. so you do get 7-day operating hours, just no late evenings. bottom line: i would recommend PSCS to others, and would return if i was in the market for automotive products.
I previously had good experience with this location, However, this time I arrived and the parking lot was completely full so I parked behind Partsource deliver car. seeing that I only needed washer fluid I thought I would be in and out. There was not a single customer in the store except me. Who is parking all these cars? This is a car parts store so it would make sense that their customer base drive here and need parking. As soon as I picked up the washer fluid to pay I started to get verbally assaulted by an old guy that wanted to drive a Partsource delivery car. So I put down the product and went to the parking lot where the verbal abuse continued from the grumpy old guy. I left without purchasing anything. I can get washer fluid anywhere.
Just came in for some wiper blades for my Mazda CX5 because Canadian Tire doesn’t carry what I needed. Andre was very helpful and set me up with the only ones that are compatible with my car. Thanks for your help!
I was here a couple of times, and all was good. But this time, I was not even able to enter the store cause I was kicked out of the parking lot. I came 30 minutes before the opening, and right after I parked and was going to wait for a store opening, the guy in a "Part Source" t-shirt with a Portuguese flag on his car came up to me and told get out of the lot. Right after I said I was the customer, he said he didn't care and that he was gonna call the cops. It's funny that the same guy gave me a quote last week, and I came to order those parts. That's how they lose customers, cause they "don't care" anything!
