Called on a Thursday they told me they could get a part in on Monday. I called Monday and they said they were closed and try call back another day but the they think the part came in. I called on Wednesday and and eventually told me the part was not available. I wasted a week being l believing them.
Wrong number I guess? Had some guy I couldn't understand tell me it wasn't Hamilton auto wreckers and that they were a tool company. Caller ID says Hamilton auto wreckers though
Rude staff. Very disappointed. I called asking for a part. He quoted me and told me the part was there when actually it wasn't. Waste of time. Be a little more considerate
Very bad experience here, brought my vehicle in to see how much it would cost to put on the road. He took my dead battery out without permission and put another battery in wanted to charge me for it. He became very unruly when I decided I didn't want to repair the vehicle. Thank you Evan from Tip Top Towing for the rescue truck 27.
