Their website stated part in stock? In actually nope, drove there for nothing and a five day wait. Do not trust their website, or just call ahead. Yup I should have called but on the plus side Amazon for the win...
Price is competitive... I tried to Cancel/Return an item on my list as soon as I placed the order. There were no options to send a cancel request as soon as I placed the order. I thought when I went to pick it up that it would be no problem. They wanted a 25% restocking fee. Luckily it was just a radiator hose.. Be careful to make sure that the parts you order are correct. There was no "Hassle-Free" exchange!
I ordered two script emblems for my 2005 TBird. They are plastic, and I'm not sure how durable they'll be but, for a $170 price tag, I expected them to be metal, not plastic. Cheap.
Their website is useless, "In-stock" indicators on their webstore are meaningless. Half my order turned out to be out-of-stock after I placed my order, and their quoted "7-10 business days" turned into almost a month.
The parts are reasonably priced with a good selection in stock. Even if the part needs to be ordered in it's usually next day pickup. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful, overall just great to deal with.
Their parts staff is very friendly and responds quick. I am silly and messed up my shipping address because I'm tired and just woke up - They were happy to correct it to the right address and let me know very quickly which I'm thankful for. They have fair prices and fair shipping cost, which is uncommon for most dealers. These people are better than other dealerships I've dealt with by a mile, and I have no issue with them at all. If you need a part for your Ford, I suggest buying here. They had the cable I needed for my old 2002 mustang in stock which I was very very thankful for
