I bought a windshield wiper from ann anmazing Jamaican guy behind the counter. Her was very helpful. Oh and is was freezing cold outside. I was in the cold trying to install the missing wiper for 15 minutes and. Young guy (red beard) came out with a big smile and asked if he could help. Boom installed it. Really friendly. These guys have a customer for life. Great staff
The van I was driving engine light came on & broke down in Hamilton - I’m from Windsor area. It needed new spark plugs and a couple ignition coils which they had in stock. I wish I remembered the employees names but he offered a code reader to diagnose the issue. I had no tools, and they offered the tools they had for me to use. I worked on the van in the parking lot and was in and out of the store like it was my house grabbing the tools I needed. It was hot out and I was working on the van for a couple hours and the one guy even brought me out an ice cold red bull. Once I finished the repair they allowed me to wash up in the employee washroom. Couldn’t be more happy with the above and beyond service at this store. And yes the van did make it back to Windsor after the repairs. Only recommendation I would have is to have a couple socket sets on inventory as I had to go to the Canadian tire a Km down the road to buy one. Would have had an easy sale there. Other than that, A++. Thanks guys
Don’t know if it’s the heat or a bad day!! If you like getting spoken to like a 2 YO please call and ask for parts look up. But do not ask about other options or pricing. After he mention the price for the part I was inquiring about, I asked for prices for other options well bad idea on my part, got yelled at, I asked for his name so I can address it with the Store manager he replied “parts sourced “ and slammed the phone down. Wow lol zero customer service. I hope your day gets better “parts sourced” Hence the review on here.
I was assisted today by Charlotte. I needed a filter for my vehicle & appreciated the knowledgeable assistance I was provided. I will absolutely shop here again.
I had a horrible experience with Elora she is very unprofessional and treats customers horrible she has a very bad attitude and also made racist remarks to my friend. This is unacceptable and I will be calling head office to file a complaint!
Sunday I went to the PartSource in Upper James store in person, and asked for an air filter, they told me that we don't have it in this store and it is ready for Tuesday morning from another store. I was waiting for their call all day Tuesday, finally I called near the evening and they said no, we have nothing, they said tomorrow will be ready in store (Wednesday), Wednesday I was waiting for their till 16:30, I contact them again, they spoken to each other and after a few minutes they hanged up. I am still waiting to hear from PartSource.
Amazing knowledge friendly staff. Great prices and most times they have the parts. If not they will order for you. Definitely a recommended place. Free parking as well
