  Really bad experience. Felt like a mob hangout that also sells car parts, poorly. Went to carquest around the corner and it was night and day. Cheaper and better service. Carquest unknowingly beat NAPA by about $15 on parts that showed available online but where completely new to the employee. Who seemed lost and misgendered me. Proof they don't give a toss about customer service is there isn't any one standing at the opening the customers get to lean in. Mob, nepotism, other corporate interest and car parts sales are small potatoes? Something is up here. Hamilton albeit isn't great for automotive but this was an unnecessarily bad experience.

  Came to pick up air filters for rav4 2017 was shown different options for available filters in stock charlie was able to help with our order and was very friendly.

  I have been using napa parts since i bought my car and i must say the parts are pretty good quality and the service i got here is amazing. I was served by Max and he’s great. Good job guys

  Can you put a customer entrance sign on the door? If you've never been you wouldn't know which door to go to. I even had someone ask me where the entrance was. It's the glass door with no markings on it. Will return. I appreciate the order online and pick up in store.

  Hi Lancaster, Our General Manager is having the door fixed with updated signage in the next few weeks. The glass in the door smashed one day from the wind one day in the summer. Sorry about the confusion with this and hopefully when you return there is a nice new vinyl wrap marking the customer entrance and that door. Thanks again for your feedback and shopping with us!

  I have been a customer for more than 35 years...like any other service business there has been peaks and valley's but they are a Family business with very high standards and values and have ALWAYS looked after our needs to best of their ability. I would highly recommend them if anyone is looking for a Great parts supplier
