Very Disappointed with ProColor Collision I had my car repaired at ProColor Collision, where they replaced both the front and back bumpers. At first glance, it seemed okay, but after a closer look, the work was far from professional. When I went back to show them the problems, they tried to blame me, saying I “hit a curb,” which is completely false. Not only are the bumpers not properly aligned, but the hood and trunk are also noticeably off. The overall finish looks rushed and careless. I expected proper service after spending that much money, but instead got poor-quality work and no accountability. I would not recommend this shop at all.
My mustang was damaged cause of reckless driver hitting me( Damaged bumper, rims, wheel and side fender) My insurance company recommended this shop, they fixed my car completely. Also on picking up ,my car was cleaned inside out. Dennis was very kind and responsive on following up with car repairs. Definitely recommend
My car was in and out within a week, Lucas kept me up to date, very friendly staff walked me through the whole process as well as set up rental. Great experience. Great place.
