I had a terrible experience with Sage Auto and Body Collision Repair Shop. The staff were unprofessional and lacked proper communication throughout the entire process. They will never remain on their words when they get the business from customers. My car repair took significantly longer than promised, and there was no transparency about the delays. When I finally got my car back, the quality of the repair was subpar, with noticeable issues that should have been addressed. I expected better service and attention to detail. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and professional collision repair and car deals .

We arranged a schedule for a detail at 11am. Waited for 20minutes outside and no one showed up. We got a call 5minutes later saying he just arrived. People are very unprofessional. Try them and see what I mean. The place is run down and dirty when we got there. Hey reminder to you. We are in CANADA now. Change your culture. Be ashame. Be Canadian and you are again in CANADA.
