Excellent Service and Experience! I had a great experience with this body repair shop. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They communicated clearly throughout the whole process, keeping me updated and making sure I understood everything that was going on with my vehicle. I also appreciated the small but thoughtful touches—offering coffee and water while I waited really made a difference. They followed up with me promptly, and even sent reminders, which shows how much they care about their customers and attention to detail. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone needing body repair work. They go above and beyond!

I had my car repaired first for a bad scrape someone inflicted on my car in a parking lot. The repair was second to none. The car looked like new. The second time my panoramic sunroof was damaged by a stone. Again the service, repair and follow up could not have been better. Thank you Leo and your staff.
I recently had my vehicle repaired here and I fully recommend their services. I mostly had Leo assisting me and it was a pleasure. Leo explained things, promised a timeline and delivered early. I had some complaints about the car, Leo investigated and diagnosed the problem without any difficulties and advised me the best way to sort the problem out (as insurance was not willing to cover it). If these people tell you something its the truth. They will advise you honestly and always in good faith. They want your car to leave in at least the same condition as it came in, if not better. Thank you very much for everything. I hope that I will not need your services again soon, but, if I need a repair, I know where I will go.

If I could get zero stars I would. I brought my vehicle in on May 3 for an accident in March as they said they weren’t available earlier than April 30. Okay fine. I have used them before a few years ago and no issues. Huge problem with this place now. If you drive an Audi, do NOT go here or bring your vehicle to Audi Hamilton who was subcontracted by Intact Service Centre! I went to pick it up at the beginning of June and the red engine light was on (wasnt there when I dropped it off on May 3). They had it another month at Audi Hamilton through Intact Service Centre. They quoted a new turbo (to the Intact shop not me), and refused to speak with me about MY vehicle. I finally picked up my SUV in limp mode with a non-functional turbo and brought it to my mechanic and I do NOT need a new turbo. Audi Hamilton screwed up the install of the turbo actuator and it caused the turbo to fail. So bottom line, their mechanics are either incompetent or Intact and Audi Hamilton are scamming people to replace expensive parts unnecessarily!
After someone unfortunately hit my car, the lovely staff at Intact Service Centre Hamilton quickly repaired my vehicle, replaced the door and wheel, and cleaned it excellently for me to have back in time for the holidays. I greatly appreciated their kind service and willingness to help me with fixing my new car. I would recommend them. Thank you again!
