Had to wait an extra hour past my appointment time. When I got my truck back it was apparently "washed" but all my windows and doors were covered in dried dirty water stains. They also scratched both sides of my door trim really badly. I know it was this place because I bought the truck on Oct 18 and my appointment here was Nov 20. It has not been hand washed until going here. Will not be returning to this location again. Hopefully I can find a place that can fix all the scratches.
I had an appointment at 2:45 PM but genuinely thought it was scheduled for 3:00 PM. I arrived at 3:02 PM, making me 17 minutes late. I own that mistake. Upon arrival, staff told me they were running an hour behind schedule. In the same breath, they refused to service my vehicle because I “missed my appointment window.” If you’re running an hour behind, you wouldn’t have reached my 2:45 PM slot until 3:45 PM at the earliest. I arrived at 3:02 PM. You were nowhere near my spot in the queue, yet you used my late arrival as an excuse to turn me away. I planned my day around driving to Stoney Creek for this appointment. Their solution? Reschedule for two weeks out. At the time I accepted because it was the only option, but after leaving I contacted Krown in lower Stoney Creek. They were understanding of the situation, fit me in, and took care of me properly. I then called this location three times within 20 minutes of leaving to cancel my rescheduled appointment. No one answered. So if anyone from management is reading this, please cancel that appointment.
I've had my vehicles rust proofed here for a number of years, and I have noticed the rust proofing certainly has made an impact on limiting the amount of rust my cars have developed. The service is relatively fast and the owner and other staff are friendly. I would recommend coming here to have your car serviced.
A wonderful local family business. This Krown location goes above and beyond. They are super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything in a way that anyone would understand. I would recommend this location to anyone and I look forward to returning next year.
Booked an appointment and dropped my car off at 12:15pm on the ditton road location. Place was packed, with nowhere to sit and so i walked around outside for 15min at -7 degrees, and I was told it would take 30 Min. My car was ready at 1:35pm. Lots of places to do rust proofing. Won't be coming back.
Ya not the best krown around. Waiting room was really small, buddy really gave my vehicle some gas moving to the lift. The music was blaring so loud it was hard to think. The gentleman who parked my vehicle for me left oily residue on my centre consol which I assume is the rust proofing. And the worst part of it was they definitely definitely oversprayed on my front rotors causing me to have to apply way more.force to my brake pedal to come to a complete stop. I drove around for and extra 30 min just to get the rust proof to burn off my rotors, really not impressed. Now they were fast which could signify either experienced staff, or people doing the job in a rush. Considering they rust proofed my rotors, I'm gonna go with in a rush. Employee at the front desk was nice enough though, I think k her name is Emma.
They could cover the interior of your vehicle better. Be prepared to detail your vehicle after as they sprayed with the doors opened and covered everything with oil spots. Service was friendly and quick.
