Horrible customer service and overall a horrible experience. I had taken my vehicle into Assured in Kitchener after accident. I was informed that they wouldn't be able to look at my vehicle for weeks. However, they suggested that I could have the vehicle towed to their Dundas location. As I was eager to get my car fixed up, I agreed. BAD IDEA. There were items that we reviewed by the investor at the Kitchener location, that were not dealt with at all at the Dudas location. I received my car back with the entire inside filled with dust, the back passenger airbag panel was off and my backset sensor now states that my kids are not buckled in when they are, there was multiple scratches on my new front bumper, the front and back metal bumps are now no longer clipped and there is a noticable disconnect. They said that they repainted the front fog bezels, and other airs that were not completed. And, for what was repainted, it all has noticable bumps from dust particals. I have reached out many times to the company to address my concerns however, they will not response to my outreaches. I'm not a "Karen", I'm a positive person in a customer service professional and can cleary say, this is not acceptable and I'm far from a happy customer.
After a brutal collision and being shuffled around by an insurance company, the staff at Assured Automotive in Dundas were beyond helpful. We can't say enough about how they went above and beyond to help us. Thanks so much

I took my brand new Mini to Terry after scraping a wall with it. He did a great job fixing it... he wasn't the very cheapest, but he was close, and his reputation precedes him! He was half the price of that National chain we all know. He fixed it fast and he fixed it right. Now my wife just dinged up her BMW. Guess where I'm taking it! Terry's: the best body shop in town!
Mathew Ropple was never a customer of Terry's Auto Body. Check out his other reviews, the guy has some issues! My best guess, he was the trucker I flipped out on.
He may do good work but he treats and talks to his customers like they are idiots. Not to mention watching him completely flip out at a truck driver who put one inch of his tire on his curb. Very poor customer service and attitude. I will not be returning.
The first time I went in, the back part of my roof had been bashed in (probably some drunk guy jumped on it). Terry fixed it quickly and didn't charge any money. The next time I came in with a displaced bumper, Terry took 20 minutes with tools and fixed it up. Again he didn't charge anything. I was very impressed by how awesome he is!
