After a collision my car was brought to harbour collision. It was fixed in a good amount of time and returned to me. It did have a few underlying issues we did not know about from the collision with the ac- Tino fixed those problems that appeared with no issues and returned it back to me very quickly. After the winter I had turned my ac on only for it to no longer be working. Not knowing the issue I brought it back as i have the warranty. Unfortunately it was not a problem due to the original accident BUT, Tino being the incredible and absolutely phenomenal person he is, fixed the compressor problem and other parts needed for me at his cost. I cannot thank Tino and his incredible, outstanding team and service enough. I am extremely happy and grateful for the work he has done and continues to provide for me even though it was something that was broken that wasn't under the accident warrantied parts. The car was returned in a very timely manner and it works wonderfully. Jennifer at the front desk is also very kind, personable and easy to speak with and made calling the shop comfortable and easy. This shop is very honest and sincere in their work. I again cannot thank Tino and his team enough. If your car is brought here after an accident or your looking for a place to have repairs done, I guarantee you picking Harbour Collison and Tino that you WILL be making the correct mechanic choice. Someone carved up my door and I brought my car to Harbour Collision, they did an amazing job getting all the scratches out and repainting it!! They also had to replace my mirror. They are very friendly there and I am very pleased with all their help. I will definitely go back there. Thanks alot!

I recently visited your store and I wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, it was quite frustrating and left me with a negative impression of your business. First, I attempted to call ahead, but my calls went unanswered, which was disappointing. Upon arriving, I found there was no available parking, either outside or within the shop's parking area. While I was waiting for a spot, a staff member came outside and started yelling at me, which I found unprofessional and unnecessary. I made another attempt to return after taking a brief drive, but the same situation happened again, with staff members trying to move vehicles around without regard for those of us waiting outside. I understand that parking can be limited, but the lack of consideration for customers and the unprofessional behavior I experienced was disappointing.
2025 - I came back for more! Full vehicle restoration: rust/scratches/skirt-damage. Tino and the Harbour shop did an amazing job again. Another flawless Merc preserved. 2024 - Perfect! Tino and the whole team at Harbour are masters. I read the many glowing reviews here, and Tino's level of care, excellence, and going above and beyond is very real. They stuck to the initial quote for a classic vehicle, and then in amazing fashion; Tino redid the front headlights and surprised me. To those reading, this shop is where you want your car, they are one of the last great body shops in Canada. I'll be back real soon!
Tino and his team did an excellent job restoring the back end of my Kia Forte after a truck rear ended me. I got 3 quotes and Tino was the most reasonable.
