Great place to get your collision repair done. What ever the vehicle is they provide a hassle free friendly tailor made solution for anyone. I went there to get my car fixed after a collision and discussed the possible time frames etc and on the agreed date they returned my car fully fixed with phenomenal quality. Neil is the one that one should talk to and he has a great team.
Paint has orange peel and bubbles. Installed my rear bumper with mismatching screws. The fitment of the bumper was terrible. Toe hitch cover doesn’t match the paint and has bubbles. I know CAPA bumpers won’t fit perfectly but they didn’t even try to align it properly, until I pointed it out to them. Got my floor matts covered in dirt. The paint job on the hood is decent. I paid for a repainted hood, CAPA rear bumper and a new rebar but they never installed a new rebar. They said I didn’t need it so I wanted a refund for the rebar portion and they gave me a hard time. This shop gave me the best quote and their reviews seemed great but cheap body work isn’t good. They only have 46 reviews as well, which skews their rating to be higher than it should be. If you want quality paint and body work go to Assured Barton Collision.
My car was brought here with the help of Adam, a very well mannered and helpful tow truck driver. Wael contacted me the next morning, on a Sunday and offered his help and support. My car had been in an accident and I was really hoping to have it fixed at Hamilton Collision Repair Centre, however my insurance wrote it off. First of all these guys are just amazing! I noticed a pretty deep scratch on the rear quarter panel of my vehicle. I brought it in to Neil here at Hamilton Collision Repair Centre and he was not only super friendly but also very honest. Within 20 minutes not only was the scratch completely gone but also some smaller scuffs erased as well! I couldn’t be happier with Neil and Feras!! I highly recommend this place! Thank you so much!
First off I have to say that this business is top notch! Outstanding personal service and they went above and beyond with me when I had my accident! They fixed my almost unsalvageable car to pristine condition. I am beyond words with how amazing they are! When I felt stuck they helped me so much. Not something your average collision centre would do! If you need any repairs done to your car you need to bring it to them! Hands down excellent service!
SIMPLE JOB TURNED NIGHTMARE One of the owners Ameen changed the wheels to my car before I bought it from him here. The next day my wheel fell off while I was driving, never ever trust them to handle your car find someplace else
