First time going with these guys as I have gone to car star in the past and it took 2 months to get my truck repaired last time. Assured had it all done and back on the road in 2 weeks. Service was perfect right from the time I arrived to the time it was ready for pickup. Top notch service. Will be using these guys whenever I can. Thank you Scott.
They were truly professional and did a wonderful job on my vehicle. It was also ready on time, washed and warmed when I went to pick it up. I would certainly use them again.
Bad experience still waiting for them to call me to fix the job they have done to the trunk not aligned at all . They don't know what they doing at all . Claiming they fixed the damage still there . I wouldn't recommend any of my friends or family to get their car towed there after an accident. I uploaded a picture&video of the trunk after they fixed it . Also I didn't receive a call informing me of the progress of what was the damage done from the impact of the accident . They don't care about any mechanical issues they don't take people safety into consideration.
had the pleasure of dealing with "Kelsey" (sincerely hope I spelt her name correctly) and she was kind, polite, professional, and definitely has the emotional intelligence you want/need when dealing with total losses with respect to your vehicle. i know it's stupid to have an emotional attachment to a car (especially as something as old and crappy as i had) but i think she could sense that or at very least knew this would cause me stress in other areas (like looking for a new car or being without one when i need it). nobody really wants to deal with auto body shop, mainly because it's about car repair and being without a car, but dealing with her definitely alleviated most of the stress i had. whatever you're paying her, it's not enough. We went to Assured to have body-work done on our car after we had a hit-and-run committed against us. They were very professional and quite helpful. The job did not take as long as we expected and the work done was absolutely perfect. Thank You Assured Automotive
After getting into a hit and run accident we took our car to Assured Upper James to be repaired. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, they explained all repairs that were going to be done to the car. The staff kept us up to date as the repairs were being done and our car was returned to us in a timely manner. We were very pleased with the customer service and body work that was done on the car. I would highly recommend this location for any repairs big or small.
I wish I could say better things about Assured. It was the place my insurance company sent me to so I assumed it would be good. When in the waiting area I hear the management (?) staff talk about how amazing their company is with plaques along the wall in the background. This however is a bit deceiving into how they actually are... Customer Service: My car was dropped off at Assured, however I never knew this. Never once received a phone call from Assured. After 4 weeks of my car being with them and no calls whatsoever with confirmation they had my car, how long it would roughly take, etc. I had the rental company call me and ask if I would have my rental for much longer and if I had gotten my car back, I said I was not sure so they, the rental company, called Assured who said they did not have my car. This caused a panic for a day as Assured apparently could not find my car in their lot. At the end of that day I receive a call from Assured that my car magically is fixed and ready to be picked up. Keep in mind there was absolutely NO communication from Assured prior to this. Not to mention the sheer passive aggression from front desk staff when I voiced concerns and being told I was simply wrong by mechanics and given terrible looks when I brought my car back with problems, which leads to the next part. Problems with the car after repair: I get it, my car is old (2009) but when you "fix" my car with after market and USED parts I would hope they would be in near perfect condition and actually fit my car. I had my engine exposed at the bottom and had to drive through 2 snow storms with it possibly aiding in rust/corrosion of my engine because they could not take the initiative themselves to get the right piece in the first place. My car was out of alignment and when I mentioned it they said they "always send cars for an alignment" then the guy was told by the mechanic there was "no signs of tire impact" so it was not sent for an alignment? If you claim to test drive the cars when you fix them you would've well seen the steering wheel had to be turned wayyyyy to the right to even drive straight. Would not put it past them that they cut corners to maximize profit from their quote they gave insurance!!!! I still have further cosmetic problems but could not be bothered to go back for a THIRD time because they cannot get it right and waste another 2+ hours or have to leave work early for it again. Maybe stop talking about how amazing your place is and actually stop and look around to see if it is.
