We recently had our Tesla repaired at RSK Collision and the whole process couldn't have gone better. The staff were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. The collision centre was big, clean and very bright. Ideal for making the repairs. When the repairs were completed, our car looked brand new both inside and out. This was my second time using RSK - I raved about them the first time to friends! Incredible service - they go above and beyond!! From the coffee and treats in the comfortable waiting area (so unexpected and appreciated!) to the car detailing at the end. I was sent to CSN RSK by my insurance company and when I arrived I was greeted with the up most professionalism and kindness. They immediately took a look at my car and got me a shuttle right away to the rental company. While we were there, a lady was giving them an extremely hard time because she needed to wait an entire 10 minutes (how dare it take 10 minutes for a shuttle to arrive haha). She was so rude yet they remained kind and professional the entire time and the owner even offered to drive her own personal vehicle if the shuttle didn’t arrive within the next 5 minutes. When I went to pick up my car, they were fast and walked through the repairs with me. They even detailed the inside. I also need to mention that they were 5 days faster than what they told me so I got my car faster than I expected. I highly recommend RSK as they made an extremely stressful situation much more smooth and easy.
My car was hit by an uninsured drunk driver in a parking lot. He attempted to leave the scene without notifying anyone of the damage he caused. My insurance company referred me to CSN RSK!! From my initial contact to the completion of the repairs, they were amazing! The only evidence of any damage are the scratches on my rims but the body work was impeccable! Thank you CSN RSK for making my baby whole again!!
