John the manager was very rude told me he sourced one part then ordered a different one told be i was going to get new parts then put used one in and would not warrenty his work or the part i had to call and fight with him the entire way through Even when dropping my truck off he had me move other trucks around so i could drop my truck off ..... over all id say less then 1 star
Great work done on my truck. I didn't like that I was called last minute to pick up my vehicle and there was no options available. I ended up missing an appointment to pick up my truck cause I was called at 1:30pm and had to be at the rental and CSN by 5. My appointment was in Mississauga at 3. Now I'm on a waiting list. A call in the am could have prevented this.
We are very happy with the service we received. The staff we all responsiveand professional. The repair work was perfect and they even cleaned the interior of the car. 5 star service

I was very happy with how friendly the staff where and they made the experience enjoyable. I was surprised to see that they cleaned my interior so well even put all the things under my seat into a box for me. Great work and attention to detail.
This place works in conjunction with insurance companies to get your car done cheaply and unprofessionally !! This place actually submitted a claim without authorization to my insurance company !! Terrible Place to bring your car !! Then they Respond with Lies and Denial...Gore Mutual is now in the process of investigating this business along with the BBB !!
