Insurance company recommended CSN Mountain to me and l'm so happy that l used them. Syd was the appraiser and was courteous, on time and demonstrated his job well. Lori at the front desk was very organized and pleasant. They estimated a completion date but were able to get the job done way b4 the time. I was so surprised and shocked at how well the car looked!! I had it wrapped prior to the collision and they warned me in advance that they don't wrapped vehicles but they would try to match the color as best as they could. Well...the paint matches so well that no one would notice. I went back in after being handed the keys to thank them! I was able to meet the individual who painted my car. A young woman named Lori. I was very pleased with her work and grateful to this shop with taking pride in their work. You could feel the true comraderi and teamwork and that's why they are successful! I would very much recommend this place. Thank you for treating my 10yr old car and myself with such respect.
My car was hit by another vehicle. Insurance directed me to this location because it was closest for me to get to. They did a great job, the side door of my car looks amazing as well as the rear quater panel. I dropped the car off Monday and picked it up in 2 weeks, very quick. I am really happy with their work , Very fiendly staff Sid and Lori who helped me out thank you so much. Very satisfied with their final work. I will definitely recomend this place.

I’ve had two vehicles repaired at CSN East Mountain, and both experiences were very positive. Recently, my truck was rear-ended, and when CSN completed the repair, the bumper wasn’t sitting quite right. They took it back into the shop—no questions asked—and reinstalled it. It now looks great, and I really appreciate the friendliness of their staff and their excellent customer service.
I’ve recently visited this shop and spoke to the appraiser by the name of Mo Alghalayini. I’m thinking it was his first day on the job but I’m very disappointed. Didn’t ask me any questions, started taking pictures of my car not even including the actual damage, when I asked him why he didn’t include photos of it he complained that I didn’t show him where the damage was. I explained to him that I’m not the professional, he is, and it’s not my job to do his job for him. I was at 4 other places getting estimates and they were all between $6800-$7400, and he send a quote of $2100 to my insurance company which makes me wonder what would they have done with the rest of the damage. Please beware to get more than one quote before going through with this place. I highly do not recommend.
