I had a great experience at Carstar on gage. Jenny was really informative, helpful and friendly. Adam looked at the damage and quoted about a week for all the work to be completed. I am happy with the results and everything looks great. Well done. They washed and vacuumed my vehichle after the repair and they even had my rental car delivered to the shop which was super convenient. Thank you to all the mechanics in the shop that made everything look new ✨️
The team here was phenomenal! The staff were super helpful and made the whole process easy. Communication was on point as they kept me updated the whole time, explained what was happening, and what needed to be done. I am beyond amazed of the quality of the repaint and they got my car into a brand new colour.
The actual body work seemed to look pretty good. Although, there was one glaring issue. After leaving the shop to get my tires switched over I felt some vibration and noises on the highway. The tire shop asked me If I had work done on the vehicle recently. It turned out the front tires were not torqued whatsoever after Carstar released the vehicle to me. The tire shop said they could literally loosen the lugnuts with their fingers that's how loose they actually were. Definitely a scary situation at high speeds and luckily I was going to change my tires over right after or that could have ended badly. The mere 'sorry' after the fact clearly did not rectify the situation or their huge mistake. I will not be returning due to this huge safety issue. Update: The owner Remo handled the situation with complete class. I really appreciated the accountability and the way he was able to resolve the situation. It is uncertain where the wheels became loose, but they are now checking all wheels regardless of what work is actually being done so it can't happen again.

From the moment I walked in, they made the entire process seamless, from assisting with filing my claim with insurance, to booking my rental, and finally having my car ready within 2 days. Everyone was extremely friendly and honestly just 10/10 customer service experience.
