Aug 28/25. Single leaver shower handle cartridge broke in my 1 bathroom condo . (Very inconvenient just before a long weekend- that’s how life goes)Called in at 9:00 am, and they showed up around 1:30, fixed the problem in minutes and I was so relieved. Great communication and scheduling, pleasant and qualified tradesperson and reasonable pricing. Definite high recommendation!
Misdiagnosed a leak and caused a headache with our condo corp. I bet the company is decent, but unlucky with the plumber I got sent. I wouldn't recommend them as I don't want anyone to deal with the headache they caused us.
If I could give 15 stars, I would! Dean just fixed three major plumbing issues in my condo (clogged sink, problems with my trap seal valve and washing machine). He fixed everything professionally and efficiently. I'd have him come back any day! I'd also like to thank Bill for discussing what I needed, booking the appointment, and reassuring me that I would be well taken care of. This is the best experience I've ever had with a plumber and plumbing company, thank you!

This is a great company with reasonable rates. They are really busy for good reason but Chris is worth the wait for excellent service and great rates. I will have no trouble in recommending this company to anyone.
Booked a 9am appointment. No show until 10am and finally had to call. Turns out they were sent elsewhere but didn't bother to call, so I cancelled and called Thomas Bernie and Sons.The first time Townesend came to my home the plumber was rude because I was in track pants. Made a comment about how it must be nice to not work lol. I do work, but I booked the morning off for the plumber. It would be a good idea to not waste you time with these people.

BAD REVIEW!*******I had a bad experience with them regarding a dispute over a bill. I live in a condo and I felt that I had an unclear interaction with them during a corporation inspection and I incurred a rather large bill compared to what I expected.
Horrendous service. Rude Staff. Townsend has the contract for my condo unit, and I'm forced to use them. This is the ONLY reason I call them. The staff are exceptionally rude, the technicians lie, they will charge your credit card with services or parts you did not order, and they don't apologize for it. The worst company I have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. Call anyone else but Townsend.
