Excellent service! Roger from aRR came out to identify why our sewer kept backing up. Watching him work, I can tell he was a true professional -- he was patient and thorough in examining the drains as well as detailed in explaining the problems. Also, aRR's equipment is much more advanced, (compared to previous competitor used), that gave a better view and more accurate location of the problem area.

Called at 4am for an emergency job as my basement drain backed up and while I was asking approximately how long it would take to get a call back from a plumber I was put on hold and then hung up on. Very rude thing to do when someone is having an emergency. They were the 3rd plumber I called.

Excellent customer service. Called in for service which turned into emergency service and the kind office staff had plumber arrive right away. Plumber was excellent and went above and beyond to help the kids with their flooding basement while the city tried to locate the water shut off valve from the street.
