I would like to commend the Pitton Plumbing team for their exceptional service. I called the office and the office staff scheduled an appointment right away. The journeyman Ethan phoned me 15 mins before arriving asked if the timing was good. Ethan came in and assessed the job to see what was needed assembled his tools and equipment and started the job in an expedited fashion. Polite, kind and asked if everything was ok. Prepared the bill and was on his way....Really appreciated Ethan's excellent work all around. Looking forward for him to do the next job that he is going to quote on. Well done.
When my basement started flooding we were contacted by the City of Hamilton that Pitton Plumbing was coming out as a City subcontractor to complete a pipe investigation. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with their service as they came well unprepared and did not use a drop cloth or towels of any kind. The contractor that came out made a huge mess in our newly renovated basement, sewage was flowing out of the pipes as the contractor forgot to turn off the water and it was overflowing. We were forced to use all out bath towels and the contractor asked to use our shop vac to panic vacuumed up the water. After many hours of snaking the pipe, moving around the basement and going in an out of the house, sewage was all over the new floor, newly painted walls, baseboards and stairs. Pitton advised that is it "not their job to clean up after themselves". after a call to the Pitton Plumbing office the operator advised us that again they do not clean up after themselves. I have had another plumber come to the house who brought their own cloth, cleaning spray and left the house in the same condition they arrived at. Very disappointed and after 2 weeks we finally got the sewage smell out of our house. Aside from the smell, the flooring is now damaged and lifting from the water damage while they were here. At the end of the day they were not able to get the job done and came back 3 more times and the issue only got resolved when we switched to another plumbing company.
Fast professional service. Carla in the office was very pleasant over the phone and sent a plumber to my house as fast as she could. The plumber was very efficient, fixed the problem right away and cleaned up his work space. I will definitely be using this company again!
We called Pitton Plumbing for the first time on Monday July 15th about the lack of water pressure in our century home. Pitton's sent someone to see us that day. The potential problem was discussed and they laid out the scope of work we could expect. We received a quote next day, and they scheduled the job for the following Thursday and Friday July 25th and 26th. When it came time for the work to be done, the plumber Justin, and colleague Johnny did a walk through of the home to make sure they were familiar with what needed to be done, and what walls may need opening. Justin was respectful of our home, thoughtful and meticulous. Within a matter of only a few minutes he had identified the problem, and began working to fix it. Once fixed, the pressure in the house was 10 fold better. Justin took pride in the fact he identified the problem and fixed it, without having to tear apart our home, or cost us a lot of extra money. We will 100% be using Pitton Plumbing again, and I am happy that I finally have a plumber in Hamilton I can count on! Call them today!!!!
I hear these guys are terrible so i had to see for myself. A young professional looking man im sure his name was ang or angelo came to help with my issue. He calmed me down explained what the problem was and explained why it happened . He worked quickly but took his time and did the job properly. Before he left he made sure i was satisfied and explained what he did. very professional i recomend this place to anyone! Hope you get this guy hes great and good looking aswell
All my toilets were plugged and I thought I could fix it myself. Big mistake! With so many plumbers to choose from I looked to facebook for recommmendations. There were quite a few but Pitton Plumbing stood out, so I decided to go with them and wow was I pleased. They came to my aid within the day and I knew they were busy. Friendly staff and service men all the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone and ignore any negative reviews. These guys truly care ! Thank you everyone for a stressfree experience. Arrived on time and was very thorough and efficient. I'm impressed. He have us 2 options for installing a garden tap and advised which he thought was better for us and it was cheaper than expected (Always nice!). Would definitely use them again.
