our underground pipe was leaking and I just searched for a plumber near me on google. his reviews on google are true. Travis knew exactly what he was doing and informed us of every step that needed to be done to fix the problem. he’s very efficient and effective; and made sure that everything was done well to fix the leaking valves. he’s been very accommodating and kind since the very first time we spoke on the phone and attended to us right away when he got the free time. I am definitely recommending his services!

Travis Craig from TC Plumbing came to my home in Waterdown to replace a leaking main water valve, and I couldn’t be more impressed. On top of that, I learned a bit about his family—his late father was the renowned Canadian artist David Craig, which made the visit even more memorable. Travis is the coolest guy I’ve ever met! I had a problem with my bathroom flush, replaced the Fluidmaster but still ended up having a leak from somewhere. I called Travis and he took the problem as his own, prioritized my issue and fixed it! His passion for plumbing showed when he was shy for asking his fees for a small fix, and was more than happy with the amount that other “agencies” had been asking as a consultation fee only
Travis is an amazing plumber. He has done 3 jobs for us now and we couldnt be happier. Travis treats you like a friend and is very knowledgeable. He always leaves the work space clean after. Takes extra time to explain what needs to be done and finds a cost effective way to repair, replace or fix the problem. I would highly recommend using TC plumbing for all your plumbing needs!!
I hired Travis in January 2024 to install two sets of wall mount spouts + handles as well as plumb a sink. He completed the plumbing for the sink without issue, however the same can’t be said for the wall mounted spout. During installation, he over tightened the spout (using a wrench directly on an antique bronze finish), causing not only cosmetic damage, but also bending the spout itself. He assured me he could repair the spout and would come back to finish the job, which I agreed to. Things happen and I wanted to give him a chance to make it right. Since he left, I've continually followed up, being told that he was either busy, was waiting on the paint, he would come back this week etc. Despite all of my messages, its now 12 months later and Travis still has my spout. I haven’t received a response in over 3 months either, even though each text message was read. I’ll now need to go and purchase another spout and hire another plumber to complete the job.
