Haven’t had anything from the menu I didn’t enjoy! Spice is delicious & lasagna yummy. Pizzas all done as requested with the highest level of ingredients. Staff always nice. Lots of extras to shake on your pizzas!
I went in to use the washroom. On my way out, the manager/supervisor started yelling and cursing at me. He was angry that I didn't purchase anything. I told him it was an emergency and I also order online for the family on a regular bases ($50+ per order). He didn't care and continued yelling. The food has been slipping in quality lately so the manager did me a favor. We won't be ordering from Pizza Nova again. We had Gino's the other night... way better pizza.
I was just delivered our pizza by an older gentleman with a very strong accent. He was so kind and delightful! I tried calling to give a compliment, but it kept going blank. Just wanted to give a shout out to this driver. He was awesome. Made me smile! Thank you!
To be honest. Treat us like we are theift and we stole card from other house and aruguing worst. Greeding like we only come for free stuff. First they give discount coupons and now making their own rule. Worst experience Ever. I will make sure me or my relatives never come to this location.
I would mark zero but there is no option i don’t have vehicle so i went with my friend to buy pizza as he was going for the same with the coupon they provided In my house. But they ignored it and waste my time. My family was waiting for dinner.
Ordered through UE pick up. The order was delayed . They updated it in the app as (Ready For PickUp )without it being ready. The person in the counter was argumentative and no simple apology for the delay. I dined in , the place was dirty, even there was a fly in my table. The pizza tasted ok
Definitely my favorite pizza franchise in the city. Great crust, sauce, generous toppings. This location in particular has exceptional staff - so friendly. Definitely makes more sense to order a whole pizza. It did cost me $7.50 for a single vegetarian slice and 1 marinara dip. It was very tasty though.
