The delivery driver was nasty to me. I told him I'd be outside in a minute and he said he was blocking the bike lane and was going to ditch my pizza. I asked if he could turn down the alleyway by my driveway so I can grab the pizza. Instead of explaining that it's dangerous at 7:00 at night and they aren't allowed to. He chose to yell at me and tell me that I should have tipped ahead of tine. I had a cash tip for him lol I called the store to complain and was treated like absolute garbage. Apparently they don't know how to talk to customers without being rude or explaining their policies without being nasty. First time ordering and definitely the last!
Cant say much about atmosphere as i order delivery but the driver is always very friendly. Food is always hot and the best pizza i have had in hamilton. Its filling so i dont eat an entire pizza in one day lol Great onion rings as well
First time customer. Great deal for 2 medium pizzas with 3 toppings each, 2 pounds of wings, an order of french fries, garlic bread with cheese and 2 cans of pop for $57.00. The garlic bread was so good that it didn't survive the trip home. The wings were outstanding and the pizza was delicious. The crust of the pizza was like old fashioned pizza, the way I love it. I'll definitely be back.
Awesome pizza place! I go there every Tuesday and Thursday after a long hour of both swimming and piano, this place has two wonderful owners who are happy to take my orders everytime! Not to mention the pizza is fresh, flavourful, and filled with pounds of toppings! Their chicken wings are also so amazing! I recommend getting the chicken wings with salt and pepper or honey garlic! and even after all of that the prices are are so cheap and are worth the price by a mile! Overall I love this place and 100% recommend it to anyone in the area because i’ve tried so many different pizzas that are mediocre compared to this!
First time coming and last time coming, as I was asking a question he simply walked away. It seems he has someone more important than the costumer in the back causing him to walk away while talking to the customer.
Stay away from this place - not friendly at all - bad attitude - not welcoming and talking in an impolite way to customers! U need to know how to run a business and learn how to deal with customers to get their business!
Friends brought pizza and wings from here for a get together a few weeks ago and i must say it was the best pizza and wings i have had in a long time in Hamilton!!...crust was perfect..toppings great and the wings were sooo good!...very impressed and cant wait to order this weekend!! You gotta eat here!!!
