VERY little cheese and super tough, chewy crust. We've been longtime customers, but the last few pizzas have been like this. Too bad, Gino's was sooooo good. But the quality and taste just isn't there anymore.
Went here tonight. They tried to convince my husband to take an already made pizza another customer didn't show up for. Then after a ridiculously long wait he didn't inform my husband of until after he paid! He gave us the wrong pizza!!!! My husband paid for meat lovers and added green peppers and mushrooms. He instead got a sloppy made pepperoni and bacon with green peppers added. My daughters cheese was half cheese half no cheese. The guy was extremely rude at the counter. We will never eat here again. Im now wondering if they ga e us that other pizza instead.
Amazing service from Tarek, Hanna and the crew! Pizza was delicious and made fresh, made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend going here for big parties or even just a slice, you will not be disappointed!
Tried to order a two pizza deal on the website but it couldn't read our address so we called in to order. Person on the other end complained about the distance a couple times and then without telling us added a $20 upcharge on our order. Only after being called out for it did they say it was because of the distance (20 minute drive). And they somehow had the arrogance to be rude about it. Pizza places are supposed to know whether they do or don't deliver to an area. It's not the customers problem to figure out your policies for you, and I'm pretty sure adding upcharges secretly like that is illegal. Do better next time, this was an absolute joke of an experience.
I have been in waterdown for 25 years and have been a devoted Gino’s customer the whole time. Of course I have had all the other pizza places food at other people’s houses and at events. We ONLY order from Ginos. Delicious and very kind service.
Don’t recommend ordering thin crust. They will make regular crust and then tell you it’s thin. Customer service is not helpful. We used to be regulars at this location but as there are many options for pizza, we will fo elsewhere.
Today I called to order my best friend a heart shaped pizza for her birthday. They created one for her which turned out AWESOME! My best friend was so surprised and so happy. Thanks Ginos!
