Placed pizza on the phone A LARGE canadian The toppings were all small bits, not one full piece of pepperoni The pizza WAS NOT LARGE! The order was going to be ready in 12 to 15 minutes!!! How can you make a pizza in 12 to 15 minutes No taste to the pizza Paid $35 for truly a medium at best, with micro toppings! Thats what I get from ordering from a chain!!! So glad I did not order to stay!!! I could have bought a presidents choice for 1/3 the price with true pepperoni toppings Am done with PIZZA HUT!!! What s total DISAPPOINTMENT!
I just want to give a big shoutout to the manager at this Pizza Hut — they’re doing an amazing job! You can really see their leadership in how smoothly everything runs. The food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious, and the team was friendly and on point. It’s clear the manager cares about both the quality of the food and the customer experience. You don’t always see that level of care and professionalism — it truly made a difference. Thank you for making my visit such a great one. I’ll definitely be coming back!
First thing first, the staff are notably friendly and communicate very well ensuring a pleasant experience. The pizzas are delicious and of high quality. Overall, Pizza Hut is a top choice for great food.
I came here three times and I absolutely loved their pizza and Chicken wings. Their welcoming way to serve customer is highly appreciated. They always try to help others to find the best deal for you. Loved the place all the time I visited.
I know everyone may think that Pizza hut is a chain and the quality should be consistent through all branches, but that’s not the case! I am a big fan of pizza and this branch does an amazing job with their quality and service! Literally the best pizza hut I’ve tried and I tried so many of them! Their pizza is fresh, generous toppings and cheese, fast delivery service, polite staff. Kudos to the manager of this store, good job and keep the quality high. Thanks!
I just ordered melt my box and I specifically mentioned that I want only chicken because it doesn't show over there that what kind of meat will be included in it. But what I got is pepperoni and bacon for me it is totally wastage of money because i do not eat these meats.I too work in food store and when customer specifically writes that this meat I want but if that item has other meats too then I want mushroom onion one then person should pay attention towards the order. For me, it's totally wastage of money.
The manager can use his/her common sense i would say. When i asked the employee to change the marinara dipping sauce to ranch with melts, she said i was strictly instructed by my manager to not do that besides the fact that they are all the same price. Pathetic service from this location. The other location does not have any problem. Just shut down the store if you don’t know how to run the business.
