Good evening. As a frequent customer, I was disappointed with the service today! When I ordered pizza with pepperoni today, there was no pepperoni at all. My family was very upset.
Been eating their pizza for 35 years. I was here when they first opened and I continue to say it the best pizza especially thin crust well done. Staff is friendly and service is quick
5 ⭐️best Gino’s location in Hamilton by far. Food tastes fresher, they are very willing to accommodate requests and make your pizza the way you like it. On top of that the service is very quick, friendly & efficient. Highly recommended!!
Went here a couples days ago and as I was ordering I seen one of the workers take his hat off and drag his hands through his sweaty nasty hair and proceed to prepare my pizza without washing his hands ( literally no soap and water) firsthand before touching the dough and cheese. It was pretty disgusting when I got back home to eat my pizza my stomach was hurting and i had to go use the washroom at least 3 times at night cause one of the workers choose not to be clean and sanitize.
I tried the pizza today and it was amazing! The employee ( Vraj ) was very polite, friendly, and provided excellent service. They made the experience even better with their positive attitude. Great job !!
Good service and pizza was delicious . I tried gluten free pizza first time and it was an amazing experience for me. Order was made by Asmita and everything was perfect.
Service was lacking, so was the interior - had people cutting infront of me with staff doing nothing to dissuade them - was an awful experience frankly. Although the pizza was tasty it did not make up for the awful experience, as such I will personally not order from there ever again!
