Extremely unprofessional and downright rude staff! I simply asked if they could customise a pizza. At first, they flat-out refused, saying they “don’t customise” for some reason. Fine — we decided to leave. Suddenly, they changed their mind and said they could do it. But after ordering, when we received the pizza, one of the staff members came over and behaved in a shockingly rude and disrespectful manner. Absolutely unacceptable attitude towards customers — no basic courtesy, no professionalism.
No taste . Less toping . We had offer buy one get one pizza free . So she put less topings . I does not matter we have offer so they out less topings . You guys guys give us offers so thats why we use that offer its more than 30 $ . Pizza not free but they put less topings . Please listen to my concern very carefully so customers will not frustrated from that things
The worst customer service experience I have ever had! DO NOT ORDER FOR THIS LOCATION!!! I decided that I wanted to order Pizza Hut and went to order online. When I put my card information in the page loaded on its own and brought me to an error message. I then received a notification that my card was charged and got no confirmation email, I then decided to phone the location to see if my order went through since my card was charged. I spoke to a man who basically told me that it was a pending charge and he can’t help me and that I can order with him or online. On the error message was the phone number to call to contact customer care and I decided to do so and when I pressed 3 it brought me back to the store, which then I spoke to Amy, she explained to me that it was my bank that had the funds on hold and it would be released in a couple of days. Now tell me why is this even allowed for ordering a damn pizza? I called my bank and told them what Amy from the Pizza Hut location said and they told me that the money was sent to them and was not understanding, I then decided to call the store back while asking my bank to hold so I may have the store explain since I felt like I was not getting anywhere, Amy answered again and when I asked her to just explain to them what she told me she became rude and sounded annoyed. All I did was ask if she could explain the process to the lady from the bank just because my bank told me that the money was sent, I then asked for her name and store number and the attitude that I received when asking for the store number was crazy, basically telling me I don’t need it. Save yourself the headache
It's been a long time since I had a good Pizza Hut crust fluffy light airy cooked properly. I went to this place and a girlnamed Ramen made it exactly the way I had growing up 10/10 thanks Ramen.
Ordered through app for pickup later, app a bit funky to use but not the store's fault for that. They had stuff ready at time and was all great quality and delicious :)
Ordered twice, one had what it felt like sand or dirt, the other came with raw pepperoni, I had to throw it in the oven at home to finish cooking. Customer service was useless.
Don't order pizza from this store. Pizza dough was not even cooked and it was stucked with the pizza box. How someone can send this type of pizza. The worst pizza store ever. It's happening multiple times same thing.
