We went to this location today in afternoon,the girls working over there were very nice and polite.Harry helped me to choose the right toppings for pizza.it was very flavourful.really recommend this location to everyone. Friendly staff. Great customer service. Must visit!
I recently stopped by Pizza Hut waterdown and had a fantastic experience ordering their vegetarian pizzas. They were fresh, full of flavor, and piled high with delicious toppings — absolutely perfect for a veggie lover like me! Huge appreciation to the girls working there, who took the time to walk me through all the vegetarian options and current deals. They were incredibly patient, friendly, and made sure I understood the ingredients in each pizza before I ordered. It’s not often you find service that attentive, and it truly made my visit even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Pizza Hut to anyone seeking great vegetarian choices and exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Kishan and Bhargav are amazing. I’m really impressed with their customer service. I’ve been a general manager at a fast food restaurant for 10 years and the experience at this place really made me happy. The restaurant was really clean and the customer service was amazing.
Watched Javal prepare 5 pizzas including my own with no gloves, wiped his nose on his wrist. Sanitize the counter with a rag and continue to make more pizzas all without once ever washing his hands. Atleast wear gloves.
Be careful…not your regular Pizza Hut…they are very cheap with the cheese and toppings…some slices didn’t have any cheese or toppings on it, just sauce.
Ordered a medium pan pizza with wings it was 41 dollars the same order at Domino's was 28. I asked for the pizza to be well done and the bottom was uncooked. Never had an issue with dominos right beside this location....I am not satisfied with this pizza don't order from here. I called the guy at this store back and he said this was the way it's made with it being welldone. Nothing to correct the issue. I've gotten dominos mess up my order and they send a brand new pizza. This location has horrible service way too expensive. Please do not order from here.
I found this pizza hut well and good one in entire Hamilton city. We have ordered on saturday evening. Pizza was fresh-Hot-crispy with softness. Delivery boy seems nice and polite and carried the pizza very carefully. I love the way how they maintain the pizza hut standards in terms of flavours and delivery.
