Excellent experience. Installed our walk in unit maybe 5 years ago. Had an issue of natural circumstances. Came as soon as he could same day and saved us as it is a valued asset. Quick, responsive, efficient and reasonable. Would recommend.
Trevor IS AMAZING! He always answers the phone or gets back to you ASAP. My AC was being difficult during the summer and he came right away to come and help out me and my kids to cool down. He shared some knowledge on preventative maintenance to lessen the chance of future issues so that the kids and I could stay cool and better enjoy our summer. Called that morning, AC had stopped working. Showed up the same afternoon. Repaired the issue quickly and explained repair. No complaints. Only suggestion is for the service man to wear something over boots to protect customers floor. I had to clean the floor after he left. But besides that, would definitely use them again.
Came within an hour after call - as promised. We didnt have complex problem, but the job was done quickly, clean and professionally. Trevor was friendly and polite. Very positive experience. I dont know if it was too expensive or not. Didnt do the research. But having your furnace fixed fast during the winter is more important than saving few bucks.
