Excellent work. Milad did a very high quality job installing a new hood range, and running hvac through a complicated and layered ceiling. I watched him troubleshoot a number of problems over the day, and he always chose quality - even staying late to get the job done right. I highly recommend his work.
This company is awful! Brand new unit installed 2 years ago and hasn't worked right ever since. When you call them they come up with excuse after excuse or just completely flake out on the appointment. I went all summer with no ac! Here again today, found the problem but didn't fix it. Have to wait now another week, if they even show up!

NEXT DAY INSTALLATION!! My mom's water heater tank was leaking at the bottom and needed to be replaced after 17 years. Zamir gave us a couple of options and even provided us with next day installation. After the install he walked us through how to use our new water heater to extend its life. He answered all our questions and concerns. My mom and I were really impressed with how professional, efficient, diligent, and clean he was with his work. This is the second time, he's saved us from an emergency, the first being a dead furnace blower motor, that cause my mom's heat to stop working in the dead of winter! Milad from Advanced Mechanical installed a new heat pump and furnace. During the installation, he was on time, friendly, professional and well prepared. He took the time to explain how the heat pump works and set up our thermostat. Highly recommend using them for any of your heating and cooling needs.
