Jason came in to look at our over ten years old furnace (Keeprite). He was efficient and professional, I was impressed. Next time I will ask for him by name.
As soon as I called Lancaster with my problem they sent a serviceman with hours. I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with this company. The serviceman was very pleasant, explained my problem and solved my problem. He was a pleasure to speak with and sure knows what he is doing. So refreshing in today's sometimes unpleasant and inadequate situations. I would give 10 stars if I could. Thankyou Lancaster for your help and for employing service personnel who are a pleasure to deal with.
I would give ZERO stars if I could!! My mom has been with this company for 10 plus years when her Furnace took a shit they wanted to charge her $12,000 for a new Furnace and a unit!! You guys are criminals charging that much i found her a different company!! Terrible service all around
We recently had our furnace, AC and hot water heater replaced by the team from Lancaster. I use the word team deliberately, as they worked as a team. From our initial contact with Cassandra to the install group of Pat, Ben and Austin. The installers worked quickly, efficiently and cleanly over the two days it took to remove the old systems and install the new ones. A minor issue was dealt with a couple of days later by Rob. While we were at it, we decided to have the ducts cleaned as well. Again an easy experience with Dan and Austin. Would happily recommend this company after this experience.
Thank you to everyone at Lancaster for the great job done with installing my new heat pump/gas furnace. Tried it out this week with the unusually hot October weather. It was great! So quiet I had to check that it was working! Working initially with Cassandra was a real pleasure. She was very informative and helpful. Went above and beyond through the whole process. The technicians who came to my home were very pleasant, courteous and got the work done in a timely manner. Pricing was extremely fair as well. Highly recommend Lancaster
I just wanted to thank Richard Koning of Lancaster and his exceptional team. Richard did all of the prep work for the quote, installation and connecting with Enbridge to have the gas line installed and Richard and his team of Ben, Austin and Mark worked all day to install the new gas furnace. Their Gas Fitting for the line inside of the house, the duct work and the install of the furnace were all done with exceptional care. They all provided a level of excellent service and their attention to detail was greatly appreciated. Thank-you for keeping our house cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Well done to the Lancaster Team.
After weeks of chilly limbo, the swish of portable electric heaters and stoking my woodstove despair building delays and failure to launch by local HVAC furnace installers I found comfort and warmth at Lancaster. Every person I have dealt with from the front office:from "Shop Dave" who showcased a fabulous sheet metal fabrication facility, wonderfully engaging Cassandra who did a home visit measured discussed and recorded, rendered an envoice at our kitchen table and later set up a time for an uber crew of Mark, Pat and Jamie who generously gave of their time and talent to instal the Canadian built furnace Napolean furnace I researched to the point of overthinking and replaced 1972 rusting duct sections with aesthetically pleasing cabinetlike reconfiguration. When Cassandra does her welcomed follow up visit I wish to plan with her some cool tech. As Lancaster has brought physical warmth to my house may the spirit of Christmas bring warmth and cheer upon the houses of the good folks of Lancaster......Brian Storey Attercliffe Station :
