In a time when trades are becoming more and more transactional, Dan and Derek bring a much appreciated human touch and friendly attitude. They were responsive, quick, and thorough. They replaced our 15+ year old furnace with a new one at a competitive price. They installed a new humidifier, repaired our broken thermostat, and took the time to show us how to maintain the equipment through the different seasons. We had another company do a very poor ductwork job earlier. They installed a huge, ugly duct in our living room to run a cold air return line. The duct elbow stuck out from the wall and could have only been covered with a 8 inches bulkhead (in the living room!). D.A.D fixed the mess, redirected the vent through the kitchen with a much shorter elbow and cleaned up the place before leaving. I would highly recommend D.A.D for any HVAC related requirement. They are the best in terms of quality, price, customer service, and professionalism. D.A.D is going to be our go-to HVAC guys from now on.
We were left with a failed furnace late last week and needed one installed immediately. We called D.A.D. HVAC and had Derek and Dan come by quickly to assess the issue and we came to a decision to scrap our 35 year old unit for a brand new furnace. Derek and Dan are professionals and worked quickly and seamlessly and got us back up and running the same day! That was much appreciated as we have a 2 year old in the house.
