I’ve had the same technician come every time to do my annual cleaning. He is very professional, does a thorough job and is very pleasant. He takes the time to answer my questions and seems genuinely interested in ensuring I am happy with the job done. If I should move, I would buy the Trane system again and would definitely use A Plus Air Systems Inc to service my equipment.
I requested A plus Air Systems to replace my air con. I really had a great experience with them. They were on time, and provided a professional installation. They validated and confirmed the performance of the air con and completed the whole installation within time. Will go back to them for any HVAC services.
I feel like the work done wasn’t done well. My home is cold which speaks to a lack of air flow and holes were made in the ductwork when I asked for it to be secured that could have been avoided. It also restricted air flow. When I sent the technician a message about my concern the message was not answered. The main technician was Rashid. Also he made the supply trunk 4 inches bigger than the return trunk, which results in improper air balance which is unacceptable practice and not up to code.

Needed my favourite company once again! House stuff never ends. Last week when the furnace/airpump blower was on there was a big whistling coming from both bedroom heat ducts. Loud enough to wake you up and give you a headache. Called A Plus Air at 9 am and Jayal arrived at 1140! It took us both 1.5 hours to find where the sound was coming from. Well we found it….it was something inside the old heat ducts. Jayal taped everything where air could be escaping. Problem solved. Back to peace and quiet. When you know you can rely on your favourite company when you’re in need! I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else!!
Our 21 year old furnace was due for replacement, and Said and his crew were there for us. Excellent service from start to finish, fair price and prompt response. Installation was efficient and quickly done. Our new Trane unit is working well, keeping us warm.
